Great stuff

This is good. I totally dig Psy, and I love what little bit of it is in there. Good job. I feel like it was missing a lead, or something, though. It was just sort of a progression. I think it needed something to push it along a little bit more.

Otherwise, keep this sort of thing up. This is a very good start.

thank you for the review. this song was more ambient dark psy, so i think the lack of a lead was more appropriate. but i've always had a problem with leads, so adding one would have been a problem for me. besides, i consider leads to be more for goa. well, that's my excuse, anyway.

This is just incredible. I love how you added the subtle heartbeats in the middle of it. Just absolutely fantastic. Is this a live recording, or are you using VST's, and if so which ones?

Keep this up. I really think you struck gold here. My only suggestions would be some veeeery subtle strings in the beginning, and strengthen them at the end fior a more cinematic feel. Also, you need to add a final note. I was left hanging at the end there after the sudden silence. Otherwise there really is nothing that could make this song better.

I used Reason pianos for this.
As for the strings... maybe they would fit, but I didn't want to add anything unnecessary. The ending sounds normal to me.

Good

I like it, but this needs some mastering and EQ work. Intro was unnecessary. The offset... thing... that comes in at 0:24 is annoying. I would recommend changing it to somwthing else, or even removing it if you can't fix it. Make those fixes for a 9, master/EQ it for a 10.

And you seem to realize this, but make it longer for all our sakes.

You don't see a lot of Goa/Psy on NG, but this is prime shit. You have the skill to make some really good stuff. Get a record deal, hey, I'd totally play your trax at any gigs I get ;)

I like it

I only took off one star because of the loud screech at the beginning there, but otherwise I like this a lot. Could have used a bit more mastering, and the swing in this one was also a bit too much. Some of the transitions were goofy, but you've got a great mind for synths and pattern arrangement. Keep it up- I want to see more like this!

I really like this track! You really should have made it longer. What programs did you use, what plugins, etc? I personally use the z3ta+ VST in FL, but I have nowhere near the same skill as you do >.> Also, what sample pack do you use?
